Computer won t connect to ethernet cable.
Use an ethernet cable to connect your computer s ethernet port to a modem or other network device for example a switch or a router.
Plug one end of the ethernet cable into one computer.

If your computer doesn t have an ethernet port try using a usb to ethernet adapter or a thunderbolt to gigabit ethernet adapter.
